Joaquin is a licensed real estate broker with a focus on industrial and multifamily real estate. Having lived in New Mexico for the past 17 years, he sports extensive local market knowledge and expertise. Being able to apply that experience to where it is most effective. Joaquin has developed a knack for developing great relationships and strives to not just help the needs of the client in the moment, but throughout their real estate journey. 

Marisa is an Assistant Property Manager with five years of experience in the real estate industry. She has a strong background in residential property management and affordable housing and has recently expanded into commercial property management with Absolute Investment Realty Management. In her role, Marisa’s responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, leasing, and overseeing day-to-day tenant needs, as well as supporting the Property Manager with ongoing operations. She is eager to continue developing her expertise and growing her career with AIRM.

Tosh Hoshino, Japan native joined Absolute Investment Realty in April of 2018. Tosh is a multifamily and mobile home park specialist who has extensive local market knowledge living in Albuquerque since 1995. Tosh has been in customer service industry for past 19 years with automotive sales for past 10 years ready to utilize his customer service skills to fulfill the needs of his clients.

Barbara is a Certified Business Broker and commercial Realtor. Barbara has been founder or co-founder of seven businesses as well as business and marketing consultant to several hundred business on three continents ranging from startups to multi-million dollar corporations. Barbara’s experience allows her to provide business acquisition and disposition services second to none in the New Mexico market. Barbara has over 30 years of experience as a real estate investor and specializes in industrial and office real estate. Barbara has been involved in community and business development in New Mexico for more than 15 years in both Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties and is affiliated with CREW and Corrales Mainstreet and sits on the boards of two local non-profits.

Rita Cordova, a native New Mexican joined Absolute Investment Realty in July of 2017.  Rita is an industrial and office specialist who comes to the commercial real estate world with extensive experience working for national companies in banking, title, escrow, and lending as both an originator and wholesaler. Rita, an entrepreneur who owned a paint and body shop business, utilizes her skills in business to understand and fulfill the needs of her clients.

Andria is a licensed real estate broker focused on office and retail commercial real estate. She has been in the real estate industry with Absolute Investment Realty for six years in various capacities. Some of her responsibilities have included: property and commercial portfolio management, transaction facilitator, marketing director and office manager. In addition to managing the property management and brokerage arms of Absolute Investment Realty she is growing her practice as a commercial real estate broker. Andria has developed excellent people skills and is an expert in the industry. She is excited to help meet the needs of every client that comes her way.

Consuelo has been a Realtor in New Mexico for over 18 years. Consuelo started her career as a Residential Realtor. During that time she was a Qualifying Broker and has previously owned her own company. Consuelo has experience in all aspects of Real Estate, from selling homes and selling a variety of commercial buildings.

Alfredo specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment real estate and has experience in closing large retail, industrial, office, and hospitality transactions.

With over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as a developer, landlord and broker Alfredo has worked with nation’s top tenants, investors and real estate investment companies.
